Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of your order being confirmed. UK delivery is typically within 5–7 working days of dispatch, by DPD. International delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout, and can be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

International orders, duties and taxes. For deliveries outside the UK, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply on arrival in the destination country. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer; they are not included in the price or the shipping cost shown at checkout.

If something goes wrong. If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@launchcharts.com and we’ll put it right. Please keep any packaging if an item arrives damaged, as it helps us resolve the claim with the carrier.

Source of goods

Our mats and carrying cases are manufactured in China to our own design and specification. The mats are made from rubber, and the cases from vinyl.
Every product is made to the design we’ve developed and registered (see Intellectual property), and is checked against our specification before it reaches you.

Orders, payment & returns

Orders and payment
When you place an order, you’ll see the full price, including VAT and shipping, before you pay. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Payments are processed securely by Lloyds Cardnet. We do not store your card details.
Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation by email. This is the point at which a contract is formed between us.

Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, simply email us at info@launchcharts.com within that 14-day period. Once you’ve told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

  • Return postage: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us for a change-of-mind cancellation.

  • Condition: please return the goods in a resaleable condition. You may handle them as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if the goods show use beyond that.

  • Return address: to arrange a return, please contact us at info@launchcharts.com and we will provide the return address. Returns must be sent to the address we provide.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them back), we will refund you within 14 days. Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the cost of our standard delivery. Return postage is not refunded for change-of-mind cancellations.

Faulty or incorrect goods
This is separate from, and in addition to, the cooling-off period above. If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a refund if you let us know within 30 days of receiving them. For faulty or incorrect goods, we will also cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us at info@launchcharts.com and we’ll arrange this for you.

International orders
Customers outside the UK have the same cancellation rights. Please note that for international returns you are responsible for the return postage, and any import duties or taxes already paid may be recoverable only from the relevant customs authority, not from us.
